How do I report a lost item at TELUS Spark?

If you’ve lost an item during your visit to Spark, we’re here to help.

How to Report a Lost Item

Please get in touch with the Customer Care centre as soon as possible with the following details:

  • A detailed description of the item
  • The date of your visit
  • The approximate location where the item may have been lost
  • Your contact information

You can report a lost item by:

  • Calling 403-817-6800 during support hours
  • Emailing info@sparkscience.ca
  • Speaking with Guest Services in person during your next visit

The more information you provide, the easier it is for our team to locate your item.

If You’ve Found an Item

If you find a lost item while visiting Spark, please bring it to Guest Services. Our team will log and safely store it.

Storage Timeline

Lost items are held for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of in accordance with our policies.

Item Pick-Up

If your item has been located, the Customer Care centre will contact you with pick-up instructions. Valid photo ID is required when collecting your item.
