Camp Policies

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants, the following policies apply:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A $35 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made up to two weeks before your camp start date.
• Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled camp are non-refundable.

Attendance and Drop-Off/Pick-Up

• Campers must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian.
• Spark suggests an 8:50 a.m. arrival to check in and find your room. Camp staff will be able to assist you with sign-in promptly at 9:00 a.m.
• TELUS Spark offers complimentary after care between 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
• If a camper is not picked up by 5:15 p.m., and we are unable to contact a guardian, child services will be contacted.

Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical information at registration.
• Campers must remain home if they are unwell.

Behaviour Expectations

• Campers are expected to follow staff instructions and respect others.
• Spark reserves the right to dismiss campers for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
